What Makes a Good Vegan Creamer

During our weekly visits to the San Diego Farmers market (in Carlsbad), we tell people every week about how much time we’ve spent trying to figure out the perfect ingredients. We think that when it comes anything you put in your body, ingredients are key.

For general information about the most important ingredients we include in each of our plant based creamers, check out our brief definitions below.

Note: If you had questions about any of our ingredients, feel free to just ask us.

Plant Based Ingredient Descriptions

2g Net Carbs (7g - 5g sugar alcohol = 2g) and Keto Friendly!

Coconut Oil and MCT Oil: By combining Coconut Oil and MCT Oil, Plant Theory Creamer delivers a potent array of C8, C10, and C12 medium chain fatty acids, which are fatty acids that are quickly and easily metabolized by the body and converted to energy. This provides a rapid, easily absorbed, and a sustained source of physical energy and mental vitality. Coconut Oil and MCT Oil are natural sources of antioxidants and have been shown to boost metabolism, increase HDL (good cholesterol), reduce inflammation and promote healthy skin.

Vitamin B8 (Inositol): Vitamin B8 has been shown to promote good mood and clear thinking and helps to reduce anxiety, irritability, and high blood pressure.

Vitamin B12: B12 helps to increase energy, improve focus, boost mood, and reduce symptoms of fatigue.  B12 deficiency is a common cause of tiredness and “brain fog”.

Vitamin D3: Vitamin D deficiency is quite common so we have included Vitamin D3 (the sunshine vitamin), which is the preferred form of Vitamin D in our proprietary blend to ensure you are getting enough. Low levels of Vitamin D have been linked to fatigue, muscle weakness, and an increased risk of many common and serious diseases.

Calcium: We've included Calcium in our proprietary blend to help strengthen those bones! In fact, Calcium in conjunction with Vitamin D has been linked together to improve bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.  In addition, not getting enough calcium can lead to muscle cramping and fatigue.
