Shipping policy
At Plant Theory, we understand how important it is to know when your order will be on its way and how it will arrive. We work really hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to process and ship. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders process and ship Monday - Friday. We do not process or ship orders during weekends or on federally observed holidays.
SHIPPING
We make every effort to ship out all orders received before 11am (Pacific Standard Time) the same business day. Orders received after 11am (Pacific Standard Time) will typically ship the next business day.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, our team will send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Your estimated shipping time should be displayed in this email; also using the tracking number provided you can visit the carrier’s website and through them, you’ll find options to receive live updates about your shipment.
Please note that during Free Shipping promotional periods OR when cart values have met the free shipping thresholds, we will elect to ship in the most cost-effective method determined by our staff.

SHIPPING COST
Domestic
Plant Theory will use a number of shipping methods, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free Standard Rate Shipping is offered to domestic orders over the current cart value noted on the website at the time of purchase. When orders are eligible for FREE SHIPPING, the Plant Theory team will use the fastest service available that is financially viable for our Company. Minimum order value is calculated AFTER any applied discounts and BEFORE shipping and taxes.
Please note that FREE SHIPPING is only available for the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). This does NOT include US Territories.
