They are both must-follows!
Frozen bananas are an essential smoothie item and great to always have on hand. Have you ever chopped up a bunch of bananas though, put them in the freezer only to later find them brown and stuck together? Yep, me too, until now. I’m not sure how I’ve never heard of this little trick before but here it is.... chop bananas in chunks or halves, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours. After 2 hours put them in a freezer-safe bag or container and place them back in the freezer until needed. Wolla, perfectly frozen, no stuck bananas! I bet this works for all fruit and right now is the perfect time to freeze up all those beautiful summer berries. Thanks, @jessicainthekitchen for this brilliant tip! You’ve literally changed my frozen fruit game. 🤗🍌🍓🍍
Looking for a really yummy afternoon sweet summer treat, try this smoothie option.

This creamer is really good! Not only is it full of clean ingredients it’s enriched with prebiotics, MCT, vitamins B12 and D3. It can also be used in coffee or sprinkled on ice cream. 🤷🏼♀️ Nutritionist approved!
METHOD // Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Pour into a glass. Top with cacao nibs. Enjoy!
