Recipe: Natacha's Matcha Tea

 Plant Theory Matcha Tea

With sooo many health benefits, Matcha tea has taken the world (at least California) by storm. It has as many antioxidants as 10 cups of green tea, seems to boost just about everything in your body and to top it off, it’s freakin’ delicious! We’re always trying to find new ways to have matcha and one of our favorite people, Natacha from Miss Lollipop the Van, just sent us this amazing recipe that includes our owner plant-based creamer. Check it out and let us know what you think!

  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite matcha (Natacha recommends Elan organic Matcha)
  • 1 cup of hot water

    • 1 scoop of our Original flavored Plant Theory Plant-based creamer.
    • Optional : Any low glycemic sugar to taste such as maple syrup or coconut sugar. Please, not white sugar.

    Instructions:

    2. In a blender, Place 1 tsp of Matcha, then slowly add the hot water. Blend on  until the mixture becomes frothy.
